About this part

If your car left the factory with electronically controlled dampers, a normal coilover leaves the system complaining about missing parts. ED-O avoids that. It is built for specific vehicles and uses the car’s own electronic damping connectors, so it plugs straight in without touching the wiring harness and stays compatible with the factory control unit.

That means the drive-mode buttons still do something. Comfort and sport settings carry on working as the manufacturer intended, while the coilover gives you a lower, firmer platform underneath. The struts are high-strength monotube units with adjustable ride height, so you can set the car for the roads you use.

On top of the factory modes there is a manual adjuster at the top of each strut with 36 levels of damping. That lets you set the baseline stiffness for everyday driving, a quick road or a track day, and leave the car’s electronics to work within it. Check the ED model list for supported vehicles.
