Built-to-order lead times
Strut and bag kits are built to order for your specific vehicle. The typical time from order to your door is three to five weeks, including production, freight, UK customs clearance and delivery. We confirm the current lead time for your kit before you pay. If production slips after you have ordered, we tell you as soon as we know, and you can cancel for a full refund if the new date does not suit you.
Management kits, controllers, compressors, tanks, fittings and other accessories held in UK stock are normally dispatched within two working days.
UK mainland
We use tracked, signed-for courier services. Exact delivery costs are calculated from your basket and postcode and shown at checkout before you commit to the order.
Large or heavy items, such as full kits and tanks, are delivered kerbside on a pallet or as a multi-box consignment. The driver will not carry goods into your property or garage, so please have someone available to receive and move them. If you would prefer delivery to your fitter, enter their address at checkout.
The Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands may take longer and carry a different charge. Checkout will show this.
Ireland
We deliver to the Republic of Ireland. Where the courier supports it, import charges are handled at checkout; where it does not, the courier will contact you for any duty or VAT before delivery. Lead times are typically two to four working days longer than UK mainland.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched. Kits shipped direct from the factory are tracked to your door; the tracking link updates when the consignment is handed to the UK courier.
Damaged on arrival
Before you sign for a delivery, check the outer packaging. If there is any sign of damage:
- Photograph the packaging and the goods before you sign, or sign as "damaged".
- Email the photographs and your order number to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or collection. Claims reported after 48 hours, or for items signed for as received in good condition, are much harder for us to recover from the courier, so please do check.
